Job Description: A mission-driven technology company pioneering next-generation satellite and wireless connectivity solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a full-time contract basis. This individual will manage an active requisition load of approximately 15 roles, primarily spanning wireless engineering, RF, spacecraft systems, and related technical disciplines at the mid to senior level, with occasional requisitions for administrative, operational, and executive support functions. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in aerospace and wireless recruiting, an established candidate network, and the flexibility to handle a broad range of role types — all with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where quality and speed are para
