You’ll work directly with hiring managers and tech clients, balancing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, startup-friendly environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end hiring process for engineering and technical roles

    Conduct technical screens to assess capabilities and fit

    Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to align hiring expectations

    Keep your pipeline organized, active, and clean in our ATS

    Deliver a top-notch candidate experience from first touch to offer

    Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, interview flow, and hiring metrics

✅ What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a staffing firm

    Confidence in conducting technical interviews (engineering, IT, data roles)

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

    Proficiency in tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS

    Available to work PST or EST hours as needed
