Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (PST or EST Hours)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and other technical roles. You will partner directly with hiring managers and clients in tech-driven industries to identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact talent. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, startup-friendly environment and comes from a staffing or RPO background.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including engineering, IT, and product

    Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments

    Collaborate with hiring managers and external clients to understand hiring needs

    Maintain an organized and proactive pipeline using ATS tools

    Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

    Continuously improve sourcing strategies, interview flows, and recruitment KPIs

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing firm

    Ability to conduct and evaluate technical interviews

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse)

  • Must be able to work PST or EST hours

Preferred Experience:

  • Recruiting for SaaS, fintech, or healthtech companies

    Familiarity with distributed or remote-first team environments

    A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
