Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and integrative medicine to join our team in a telehealth role.

This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as patient demand expands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who wants to deepen their expertise in hormone health, functional medicine, and metabolic care while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth visits including new patient evaluations and follow-ups

Diagnose and manage patients using an integrative and functional medicine approach

Initiate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women

Interpret and apply comprehensive lab testing (hormones, metabolic markers, thyroid, etc.)

Develop personalized treatment plans including:

Lifestyle and nutrition recommendations

Supplements and targeted therapies

Medications when appropriate

Manage weight loss protocols (GLP-1s, metabolic optimization, etc.)

Provide ongoing patient education and support

Collaborate with clinic team on complex cases and care plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Ideal Candidate

Licensed NP or PA (active, unrestricted license)

Comfortable with or interested in learning HRT and functional medicine

Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication skills

Interest in root-cause medicine vs. symptom-only care

Ability to build rapport and manage patients virtually

Self-motivated, adaptable, and growth-oriented

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience with:

Hormone therapy (BHRT, testosterone, perimenopause/menopause)

Functional or integrative medicine

Weight loss management (including GLP-1 medications)

Familiarity with advanced lab interpretation

Telehealth experience

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time to start, with pathway to full-time

Flexible scheduling

Compensation based on experience (hourly or per-visit structure optional)
