Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. They are looking for a Total Rewards Coordinator to assist employees throughout their employment lifecycle and support various HR functions related to benefits, compensation, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Keep processes, policies, and documentation up to date and inform areas we can improve the employee experience
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting/ dashboards automation within Workday
  • Maintain and regularly update content in our internal intranet system
  • Maintain employee folders/ data
  • Backup for employee lifecycle events within the HRIS and other related systems: onboarding, off-boarding, employee changes, handoff with payroll, answering zendesk tickets
  • Backup Manage separation process by sending exit interview surveys, coordinating in person exit interviews and saving necessary exit documentation
  • Assist with administering various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits
  • Support review and administration of global benefits programs along with the benefits manager
  • Serve as a day to day contact for employees, vendors and third-party administrators regarding benefit related questions
  • Compiles data and prepares detailed reports for compliance, including discrimination testing, census requests, ACA reports, etc
  • Manage incoming and outgoing transfer files for accuracy. Resolve errors, identify and coordinate changes to files as needed. Liaise with third party vendors as needed
  • Confirm that all automated processes are properly maintained in our internal systems and ensure automated workflows are configured and working properly
  • Provide high level HRIS support including automating and maintaining system functions and data, e.g. open enrollment, beneficiaries, data vendor feeds, reporting, etc
  • Complete ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Partner with HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders on compensation issues related to recruiting and candidate offers, as well as employee promotions, recognition, and retention actions
  • Perform internal comparisons to ensure internal equity and to determine grade assignment
  • Assist with review and approve salary actions for adherence to the organization's salary planning and salary administration guidelines
  • Using Workday, manage the corporate compensation processes and programs which encompass annual merit and incentives
  • Deliver compelling and relevant training and communications materials which educate and inform employees on total rewards
  • Assist with Compensation review cycles (two per year)
  • Help to create and deliver training materials so employees and managers understand how to leverage
  • Assist with data imports from Sales reports to accommodate sales changes quickly and accurately, while at the same time capturing variances and outliers
  • Support with periodic reports to share with team and field users, ensuring that reports reflect the accurate period and details that show the current payment and how It was ascertained
  • Help with the implementation of system solutions and processes to support global Sales and Services in cooperation with Business Operations and business leadership
  • Coordinate rollout of Annual Incentive Plans in Q1, including collateral materials, scheduling of meetings, Hub updates, etc
  • Run reports out of Workday to ensure changes to employee status (i.e., new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leaves) are accurately reflected on the Eligibility table
  • Ensure that the new hires executed the assigned comp plan
  • Manage and Track SPIFF programs
  • Assist with communicating SPIFF updates/status and communicating the payment information to the recipients
  • Assist in reviewing Comp Plan Templates, including formatting and proofreading
  • Provide assistance with auditing commission statements to identify outliers and verify True Up, Adjustments, Proration, etc
  • Assist in auditing the commission database and tracking movements (Transfers/Promos)

Skills

  • 1-2 years of HR or related work experience in a high growth organization (could include internships)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business / Human Resources
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required
  • A friendly attitude and willingness to tackle the people operations role with a more edgy approach
  • A curiosity and passion to learn a lot! Always pushing things forward and simplifying our processes and procedures
  • Previous HR Experience
  • APHR Certification
