Stakeholder & Operational Coordination: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure EAs are ready to be matched with customers, successfully staffed, and performing at a high level by managing a high volume of cross-functional communication with good judgment and follow-through.
AI & Automation: Use AI daily to work smarter, coach EAs on practical AI adoption from basics to advanced use to offer the most AI-savvy EAs to our customers, and implement automations that streamline workflows and scale learning.
