Transfers Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to financial institutions to confirm and update the status of account transfer requests
• Document all interactions and updates accurately in internal systems
• Escalate issues or delays to the appropriate team for resolution
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards during all communications

Skills

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Completed Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in financial services or call center environment is an asset
