Transitions Onboarding Consultant
Osaic is a company in the financial services sector seeking a Transitions Onboarding Consultant. This role involves supporting new Financial Professionals in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition of their existing business to Osaic while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence
- Repapering & asset movement execution across all channels/Tiers
- Cross-functional partnership and optimization
- Data gathering, forms preparation & submission; monitoring account transfers (in person and virtually)
- NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork monitoring & resolution impacting asset movement
- Troubleshoot and escalate any transition related issues
- Look for ways to improve & expedite the asset movement process
Skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
- SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months
- Previous Financial/Transition experience 1-3 Years
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Industry Licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses
- Previous work experience in financial services
