Transitions Onboarding Consultant
Osaic is a company in the financial services sector, and they are seeking a Transitions Onboarding Consultant to support new Financial Professionals moving their existing business to Osaic. The role involves delivering a seamless onboarding experience and requires a thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process.
Responsibilities
- Advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence
- Repapering & asset movement execution across all channels/Tiers
- Cross-functional partnership and optimization
- Data gathering, forms preparation & submission; monitoring account transfers (in person and virtually)
- NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork monitoring & resolution impacting asset movement
- Troubleshoot and escalate any transition related issues
- Look for ways to improve & expedite the asset movement process
Skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
- SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months
- Previous Financial/Transition experience 1-3 Years
- Thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process
- Some transition experience
- High level of technical knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Industry Licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses
- Previous work experience in financial services
