About the Role

Our remote support division is continuing to grow, and we're looking for motivated, detail-conscious individuals to join the team as Travel Assistance Consultants. In this position, you'll help clients navigate the travel planning process by assisting with trip coordination, reservation support, and ongoing communication to help keep experiences running smoothly.

This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy assisting others, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible home-based environment. No previous travel industry background is necessary—comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are included.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to review travel interests, timelines, and vacation preferences

Help coordinate travel components including hotels, cruises, flights, transportation, tours, and activities

Check availability and review travel options through approved booking and supplier systems

Keep travelers informed regarding confirmations, itinerary updates, and planning progress

Respond to questions and support requests through phone, email, and online messaging platforms

Assist with booking modifications, schedule adjustments, and follow-up communication

Maintain detailed records and organized client information within internal systems

Participate in remote onboarding sessions, training workshops, and continued development programs
