Summary

We are expanding our remote travel support team and are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Customer Support Advisors. In this role, you'll assist clients as they plan and organize upcoming trips by helping manage travel arrangements, coordinating reservation details, and ensuring all information is handled accurately and efficiently throughout the entire process.

This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and providing dependable customer support in a flexible work-from-home environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required—full training, onboarding, and continuous support are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and budget needs

Help create and organize complete travel itineraries based on individual requests

Research and review travel options such as hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities

Work within approved supplier systems to check availability and support booking coordination

Share updates on reservations, confirmations, and itinerary progress in a timely manner

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms

Assist with changes to bookings, itinerary updates, and follow-up requests

Keep accurate and organized client information within internal systems

Stay current on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination details

Take part in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing learning opportunities
