Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team in the role of Travel Experience Support Specialist. This position focuses on assisting clients with planning support, reservation coordination, and general travel service needs while ensuring a smooth and organized experience from start to finish.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Prior experience in travel is not necessary, as full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
Help clients build and organize customized travel itineraries based on their preferences
Use approved platforms to research, review, and validate travel and accommodation options
Deliver clear, accurate recommendations aligned with client needs, interests, and budget
Engage with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging tools in a professional manner
Process updates, modifications, and general service requests related to bookings
Ensure client information and reservation records are properly maintained and up to date
Take part in training sessions and team meetings as required
