Trip Planning Consultant

In this role, you'll work with clients to coordinate travel experiences, organize trip details, and provide guidance throughout the planning process. No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to help you succeed.
What You Will Do
Assist clients with coordinating vacation plans, cruises, hotel stays, tours, and other travel experiences
Research destinations, travel products, accommodations, and transportation options through company-approved resources
Help organize travel arrangements and confirm booking information is complete and accurate
Provide personalized assistance based on client interests, schedules, and travel objectives
Respond to inquiries and service requests through email, phone, and online communication platforms
Support clients with itinerary enhancements, reservation adjustments, and travel-related updates
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel plans, and booking documentation
Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and educational development programs
