Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  Respond to emails and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and customer service documents.

  Conduct data entry and maintain records in UPS systems.

  Assist with internal communications and virtual collaboration tasks.

  Monitor logistics schedules and relay updates as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

  1+ year experience as an assistant, admin, or customer support preferred.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and remote tools (Zoom, Slack).

  Ability to multitask in a remote setting and meet deadlines.

  Quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour
