**Job Description**

* Maintaining the ticket counter area and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures
* Investigating kiosk technology issues and communicating with IT to resolve problems
* Checking travel documents and verifying customer information
* Assisting customers with checked baggage handling and special requests
* Providing door information and directions to customers
