Role Summary

We are building a pool of highly capable Marketing Support Virtual Assistants to assist with the execution and coordination of marketing activities across multiple industries.

This role is focused on supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives such as content deployment, campaign coordination, social media management, and basic marketing operations.

You will work closely with marketing teams, business owners, or agencies to ensure campaigns are properly executed, organized, and delivered on time.

While specific tools, workflows, and marketing systems may vary depending on the client, your core responsibility will always revolve around executional marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution Support

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and other channels
Ensure campaign assets are organized, scheduled, and deployed correctly
Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and publishing schedules
Help maintain consistency across multi-channel campaigns

Content Management & Scheduling

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms and marketing channels
Organize content calendars and ensure posting consistency
Repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats
Ensure all content aligns with provided brand guidelines and campaign direction

Social Media Support

Assist in managing social media accounts across platforms
Schedule posts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar
Monitor basic engagement and flag important interactions
Support community interaction based on client guidelines

Email & Marketing Asset Support

Assist in setting up and scheduling email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
Help organize marketing assets including images, copy, and templates
Ensure campaign materials are properly aligned before deployment
Support basic email list segmentation and updates

Website & Landing Page Updates

Assist in updating basic website content and landing pages
Ensure marketing pages reflect current campaigns and offers
Coordinate with designers or developers for asset updates when needed
Support implementation of simple content changes

Marketing Coordination & Reporting Support

Track campaign progress and assist in updating marketing timelines
Support basic reporting on content performance and engagement
Help organize marketing data and insights for internal review
Ensure marketing activities remain structured and on schedule

General Marketing Operations Support

Assist with research, list building, and campaign preparation
Support internal marketing organization and documentation
Help maintain consistency across ongoing marketing initiatives
Provide ad hoc support as marketing needs evolve
Scope Flexibility (Important)
This is a pooled role. While the core responsibilities above remain consistent, specific tools, platforms, and workflows may vary depending on the client you are assigned to.

You may be placed in roles supporting:

Marketing agencies managing multiple client accounts
E-commerce brands running ongoing campaigns
Service-based businesses executing inbound marketing
Coaching or membership platforms with content-driven marketing

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for more advanced marketing execution or coordination roles over time.

Once matched, you will be onboarded into a specific client environment with a clearly defined marketing system, tools, and expectations.

Depending on client requirements and role allocation, some placements may operate on reduced or adjusted weekly hours. Final workload and schedule will be confirmed during client matching and onboarding.
Standards
Required Skills & Experience

Experience in marketing support, social media coordination, or campaign execution roles
Strong organizational and execution skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, web)
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to follow structured marketing processes and timelines
High attention to detail and consistency

Tech Stack Familiarity (Preferred)

Email Marketing Tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
Social Media Scheduling Tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
Website Platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar)
Project Management Tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion)
Design Tools (Canva, basic Figma familiarity is a plus)
