Job Description:

 

The Role 

We are hiring a Vice President, AI Value Delivery to lead global execution and ensure every CINDE deployment delivers quantifiable business impact. 

This is not a traditional delivery role. This leader owns end-to-end value realization from onboarding to sustained profit generation. 

You will define the operating model, build a global team, and serve as the executive face of client outcomes. 

 

What You Will Own 

End-to-End Value Delivery 

Own global delivery of CINDE across pricing, promotions, assortment, store execution, and customer analytics 

Drive client adoption and capability building by embedding CINDE outputs into merchant and category workflows, training power users, and establishing recommendation override and governance protocols 

Drive measurable business outcomes tied to profit, ROI, and operational KPIs 

Ensure every deployment translates into validated financial impact 

 

Build and Scale the Function 

Stand up and lead a global AI Value Delivery organization 

Hire and develop Delivery Directors, Value Architects, AI Leads, and Embedded Analysts 

Scale operations across US, EMEA, and APAC 

 

Define the Delivery Playbook 

Establish the end-to-end CINDE delivery model across data foundation and integration, AI model configuration and calibration, workflow execution, value measurement and validation, and change management 

Define repeatable delivery playbooks across Grocery, C-Store, Wholesale Co-ops. 

Standardize onboarding, implementation, and value validation frameworks 

Establish best practices for AI-driven merchandising transformation 

 

Client Leadership and Executive Engagement 

Lead executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CMO, Chief Merchant, COO) 

Own QBRs, value validation sessions, and strategic reviews 

Act as the trusted advisor on AI-driven business transformation 

 

Commercial and Growth Impact 

Partner with Sales to structure outcome-based contracts tied to measurable KPIs, validated profit milestones, and expansion opportunities 

Support ARR growth through delivery credibility and expansion opportunities 

Align delivery success with long-term client retention and expansion 

 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to shape roadmap priorities 

Translate client insights into product innovation 

Ensure seamless execution across technical and business teams

Significant validated incremental profit delivered across client portfolio 

Strong client satisfaction with NPS exceeding expectations 

Fast time-to-value for all new deployments 

Zero unplanned churn across key accounts 

Fully scaled global delivery team 

Meaningful contribution to CINDE ARR growth 

 

What You Bring 

Experience 

10+ years in enterprise software, AI or analytics delivery, or strategy consulting 

Proven experience delivering measurable business outcomes, not just implementations 

Strong background in retail or CPG merchandising including pricing, promotions, assortment, and category management 

Experience deploying AI or advanced analytics solutions at scale 

 

Leadership 

Track record of building and scaling global, high-performing teams 

Experience managing complex, multi-region delivery organizations 

Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders 

 

Commercial Acumen 

Ability to connect technical capabilities to financial outcomes 

Experience structuring or supporting outcome-based engagements 

Demonstrated P&L accountability and ability to connect technical capability to measurable business value. 

 

Technical and Domain Depth 

Familiarity with retail data ecosystems including POS, loyalty, and syndicated data 

Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in business workflows 

Ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution
