Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from a variety of source materials—including scanned paper forms, PDF documents, and digital screenshots—into arenaflex’s secure data management platform with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Validate each entry against source documents to guarantee completeness, correctness, and adherence to predefined formatting rules.
  • Organize electronic files using arenaflex’s standardized folder hierarchy, ensuring that every record is easily retrievable for future audits or analysis.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, such as duplicate detection, range validation, and consistency verification, and flag any anomalies for review by senior staff.
  • Collaborate with the weekend supervisory team via virtual meetings and chat channels to receive feedback, clarify ambiguities, and continuously improve entry accuracy.
  • Assist with ancillary administrative tasks, including updating master spreadsheets, preparing simple reports, and supporting the weekend onboarding of new data contributors.
  • Maintain a log of completed work, time spent, and any issues encountered, providing transparent visibility into weekend productivity for arenaflex’s operations managers.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Availability: Must be able to commit to both Saturday and Sunday shifts, typically between 8 AM – 4 PM (local time) or as mutually agreed with the weekend team lead.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and missing information while maintaining a high level of accuracy (target error rate
