**Your Role:**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:

• **Handling Incoming Calls:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• **Research and Resolution:** Effectively research and provide resolutions to customer concerns
• **Accurate Documentation:** Accurately document call details to ensure seamless communication
• **Empathetic Communication:** Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
• **Meeting Team Goals:** Meet daily team goals for quality and customer satisfaction

**What You Bring to the Table:**

**Job Requirements:**

• **Age:** 18 years or older
• **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent
• **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• **Attendance:** Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
• **Typing Speed:** Typing at least 25 WPM
• **Internet Connection:** Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download
• **Work Area:** Secure, private work area at home
• **Availability:** Flexible availability, including weekends
