About the position

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating environments in the cloud or on-prem for SAS Health and Clinical Acceleration products.
• Automate deployment tasks using Python in Jenkins or using GitHub actions.
• Document steps in deploying Clinical Acceleration in various environments such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by the development and QA team related to environments and deployments for HLS products.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited program (Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's) and not graduating prior to December 2025.
• Experience in any object-oriented programming language (C++, Java, Go, etc.).
• Experience in any scripting language (Python, Shell, or Batch scripting).
• Good documentation skills, such as using MS Word.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and initiative.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with public cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Good troubleshooting skills in cloud environments and builds.
