Account Manager
Fora Financial is a technology enabled, leading provider of flexible financing to small and medium sized businesses. The Account Manager role focuses on handling inbound requests from new partners while supporting top producers and learning the essentials of business development.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales process from inquiry to close, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Enter and update partner information in Salesforce and other systems, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
- Manage email and other communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries
- Prepare and organize sales documents, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and ready for client review
- Organize and schedule meetings via Zoom, coordinating with team members and clients as necessary
- Assist in compiling reports and data analysis to support sales performance tracking and decision-making
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness
- Actively participate in team meetings and activities, contributing to a vibrant, high-energy work culture
- Guide partners through the use of proprietary systems for deal communication and tracking
- Facilitate communication between multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn proprietary software
