Administrative Assistant II - 29080_E
BEPC Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support administrative, documentation, and training-related activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including composing and preparing correspondence
- Create, issue, track, and maintain Service Dongles for system access
- Collaborate with Technical Publications and Training teams on documentation validation and publishing
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including training audits, overdue lists, and reporting
- Analyze training surveys and prepare reports using Cornerstone LMS
- Assist with scheduling and attending meetings as needed
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively follow through on assignments
- Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and safeguard company information and assets
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage both independent and team-based administrative projects
- Experience with Salesforce, Cornerstone LMS, Smartsheet, or Sentinelle
- Prior experience in administrative or project-based support roles
