<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>I run two businesses, A Virtual Receptionist company A Headhunting/Recruitment agency. I’m hiring a high-energy, personable Appointment Setter to follow up with pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in our services. These are not cold calls.

Your job is to build rapport, explain the service clearly, and set appointments for me.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<p>Call interested leads from our CRM<br />
Build quick rapport and set appointment<br />
Follow a clear, simple process — and do it consistently</p>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<p>Excellent spoken English with a neutral or light accent (U.S.-based leads must be able to understand you easily)<br />
Strong phone presence – friendly, confident, and professional<br />
Someone who’s hungry, motivated, and thrives on results</p>
<p><strong>Technology Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Internet speed: Minimum 40 Mbps<br />
Computer: Intel i3 or better, with at least 8 GB RAM<br />
Backup internet and power source required</p>
<p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p>
<p>5 days per week9 hours per day (includes 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks) 8:00 AM &#8211; 5:00 PM CST</p>
