Martin Retail Group is a local retail marketing specialist providing strategic solutions for global brands. They are seeking an entry-level Assistant Client Business Manager to support the Finance team in high-volume billing tasks and assist with various billing-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into the online billing system
  • Assist with processing billing
  • Assist with solving billing/invoicing issues
  • Research client invoice and payment status
  • Produce Excel reports
  • Review monthly reports to ensure billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance to fellow coworkers, when needed

Skills

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field desired
  • One to two years' experience in billing, invoice processing, or a similar role
  • Superior math and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, primarily Excel
  • Knowledge of database management
  • Exposure to large financial management systems, such as PeopleSoft or similar platform
