Associate Operations Support Analyst Hybrid Entry Level
Citi is a global bank that provides a wide range of financial services. The Associate Ops Support Analyst will coordinate strategies, analyze work activities, assist team members, and communicate across departments to resolve issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates Strategies/tactics between job functions to ensure no carry over
- Analyses and prioritizes own work activities to complete daily assignments
- Assists team members with resolution to problems
- Communicates with external and internal departments to ensure proper resolution of issues
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and make sound judgments
- Handles and/or assists in various projects related to the department and applies technical proficiency
- Able to get along well with others that fosters a great team environment
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy rates to meet our service level standards
- Be Accountable, Reliable and Dependable
Skills
- 1 year+ prior banking experience
- Detail Oriented and able to work independently
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision making skills
- Highly effective communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet accuracy and service level standards in a fast-paced environment a must
- Technical proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Desire to Succeed, Adapt to Changes and Strong Work Ethic
- Bachelor's Degree/Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior knowledge and/or experience with the following systems: BABO, Citismart, Systematics, RSM, Pep+, Sign Plus, EIC, Salesforce, Wausau, CBusOL Portal and Web Cash Manager a plus
