Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) Location Remote or On-Site – New York City, NY Position Overview • Role Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) • Type Temp to Perm • Location Remote or On-Site – New York City, NY • Remote (EST regions only) • Onsite 30 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004 TrainingPaid training provided Pay Rates • Remote $17/hr • Onsite $19/hr • Bilingual Differential +$1/hr for Russian, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, Bengali Work Hours • Monday–Friday 800 AM – 800 PM EST • Saturday 1000 AM – 600 PM EST • Some Saturday work is required • Work shifts will be 1130 am – 8 pm, 11 am – 730 pm, and 1030 am – 7 pm Job Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls regarding enrollment services • Educate clients on managed care and assist with health plan selection • Process enrollment/disenrollment forms • Perform mailroom functions as needed Candidate Requirements • Education High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) ∙Experience • 2+ years in customer service or human services • Typing speed Minimum 35 WPM ∙Skills • Strong communication and multitasking • Computer proficiency (dual-screen setup, fast typing) • Reliability and punctuality • Positive, team-oriented attitude Remote Work Requirements • OS Windows 10 or MacOS Catalina (10.15) or newer • Headset USB wired headset with mic and noise suppression (no Bluetooth) • Internet • 25 Mbps download (single user) / 50 Mbps (shared) • 5 Mbps upload (10 Mbps preferred) • No mobile hotspots Remote About the Company Tap Growth ai Apply tot his job
