Provide clients with information and guidance based on their travel interests and objectives
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Monitor travel plans and assist with changes, updates, and special requests when needed
Keep booking records, confirmations, and customer information organized and up to date
Learn about destinations, travel products, and supplier offerings through ongoing training
