We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset. This is a newly created role where you’ll shape how we use data to drive strategic decisions across the business. 

You go beyond reporting: you connect market trends, business data, pipeline data and product strategy to generate clear insights that influence leadership. You’re curious about the industry, comfortable working with data from multiple sources and passionate about turning analysis into actionable business impact.  

 

Responsibilities

Market Sizing & Forecasting 

Assess market size (TAM) and growth opportunities  

Analyze long-term pipeline and strategic pursuits 

Align market insights with product roadmap and business priorities

 

Business View & Customer Profiling 

Build clear customer frameworks (spend, consumption, commercial context) 

Provide accessible insights for pursuit teams 

Expand customer intelligence with financial and strategic data 

 

Trend Analysis & Market Insights 

Track industry trends and market dynamics 

Compare external trends with internal data to identify opportunities and risks 

Qualifications

5+ years in business analytics, market intelligence, or similar role 

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency 

Create briefings for Executives and VPs on analysis 

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) 

Familiarity with sophisticated CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) 

Strong business acumen: able to interpret what data means and translate it into action 

Comfortable working with market research and engaging with internal and external stakeholders 

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence different audiences
