Chemistry PhD

**Overview:**

We are looking for Chemistry PhDs to develop and refine high-quality reasoning questions that help train leading AI models. This work is being conducted with a major AI lab and your knowledge in chemistry will ensure the accuracy, rigor, and instructional quality of model outputs.

• *Minimum Qualifications:**

- PhD in Chemistry related discipline. PhD in-progress is fine if you’ve been working on it for 2+ years.

- 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or applied chemistry.

- Familiarity with advanced, highly complex chemistry topics.

- Strong writing and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• *Role Details:**

- Minimum weekly commitment of 4+ days and 15+ hours.

- This project is expected to last approximately 3 weeks as a pilot, and much longer if the pilot results are successful.

- You will take a short AI interview to assess your academic skillset and capabilities.

- If selected, you will move onto a second round interview which will test your capabilities to complete work relevant to the project.
