<p>Position Summary – Chief of Staff</p>
<p>As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and execution lead. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling The Flex—leading cross-functional projects, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic priorities forward.</p>
<p>This is not a traditional support role—it’s an opportunity to help build a global company from the inside, gain exposure to every function, and shape key decisions. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for leadership, ensuring the company moves fast, stays focused, and executes at the highest level.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>Strategic Execution – Partner with the CEO to drive high-impact initiatives across operations, technology, expansion, and fundraising.<br />
Company Alignment – Translate strategic goals into action, ensuring teams are aligned, focused, and executing effectively.<br />
Hiring & Talent Acquisition – Support the recruitment of top talent, from sourcing to onboarding, helping build world-class teams.<br />
Operational Leadership – Step into critical roles when needed, ensuring business continuity and filling execution gaps.<br />
Expansion & Market Growth – Lead research and planning for new city launches, supporting international expansion efforts.<br />
Process Optimization – Design and refine workflows, systems, and best practices to improve speed and efficiency.<br />
Cross-Functional Leadership – Serve as the connective tissue between departments, driving collaboration and clarity.<br />
Founder Leverage – Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, preparing materials, and ensuring priorities stay on track.</p>
<p>What We’re Looking For</p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus.<br />
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br />
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.<br />
Highly adaptable with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.<br />
Previous experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or real estate is a strong advantage.<br />
Relentless drive to execute and a willingness to take ownership beyond formal responsibilities.</p>
