Welcome and onboard new members with a personalized approach<br />
Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries and needs<br />
Proactively engage with members to foster meaningful connections<br />
Monitor and maintain community health metrics<br />
Create and implement member retention strategies</p>
<p>Content Management & Communication (30%)<br />
Create weekly community digest emails and in-platform summaries<br />
Edit and repurpose live stream content for community engagement<br />
Coordinate with designers on promotional materials for new offerings<br />
Collect and curate member questions for upcoming live streams<br />
Maintain a content calendar for consistent community engagement</p>
<p>Growth & Revenue Generation (30%)<br />
Guide free-tier members through the upgrade journey to our Premium tier ($399/year)<br />
Identify and act on opportunities to showcase Premium benefits<br />
Track and optimize conversion rates from free to paid memberships<br />
Develop and implement member upgrade campaigns</p>

<p>Essential Qualifications<br />
Proven experience in community management, customer success, or related field<br />
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills<br />
Strong organizational abilities with experience in project management<br />
Proficiency in community management and content creation tools<br />
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines</p>
<p>Technical Skills<br />
