The Compliance and Risk Management Business Analyst will support documentation, requirements gathering, and testing activities for a key Risk Management initiative while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance objectives are met.

Responsibilities

  • Support documentation, coordination, requirements gathering, analysis, and testing activities for a key Risk Management initiative
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to identify and assess business risks, while contributing to the enhancement of existing control frameworks
  • Conduct hands-on controls testing and assist in validating Business-as-Usual (BAU) risk management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance objectives and testing outcomes are clearly communicated and tracked

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 6+ months of hands-on experience in compliance, risk management, or audit functions with a track record of supporting regulatory adherence and clearly documenting observations and recommended actions
  • Practical testing experience, ideally within a risk management or control assurance environment
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across business and technical teams
