Cartier North America is committed to diversity and inclusion, and they are seeking a Talent & Entertainment Coordinator to support celebrity initiatives and enhance brand visibility. This role involves strategic product placements, managing celebrity logistics for brand events, and maintaining relationships with key industry figures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of the team strategy to increase visibility and exposure for Cartier
  • Elevate the brand messaging through strategic product placements at key brand and industry events
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key publicists, managers, agents, and stylists
  • Identify new and emerging talents
  • Coordinate product loans for celebrity dressings including lookbooks, jewelry approvals, boutique communication and security logistics
  • Track all incoming & outgoing PR stock by maintaining inventory documents
  • Responsible for all celebrity logistics associated to brand events (booking flights, hotels, cars, HMU) and assist with associated costs for budget purposes
  • Track talent T&E as they relate to brand events and projects
  • Interface with other Cartier North America departments and HQ
  • Role will require occasional travel for local & global brand events; Will support with onsite celebrity logistics and be the main point of contact for their travel
  • Work closely with the Press team on jewelry loans, brand events, and press stories
  • Assist with recaps of all product placements for local and international teams

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work late nights and weekends
  • Deep knowledge of the business of entertainment/popular culture
