Customer Engagement Consultant

Your Responsibilities
Build strong client relationships by delivering friendly, professional service
Assist customers with vacation planning, cruise bookings, resort stays, and other leisure travel arrangements
Research destinations, travel products, accommodations, and transportation options using approved resources
Guide clients through available choices based on their preferences, interests, and travel objectives
Review reservations and travel details to help maintain accuracy throughout the booking process
Respond promptly to questions, requests, and service inquiries through email, phone, and digital communication platforms
Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and follow-up support as needed
Maintain organized customer records and booking documentation
Participate in virtual training programs and team development sessions
