Modality:  Hybrid
Schedule: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing: 

Address inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat requests from customers including but not limited to online application process, lease agreement, payments, and other general customer inquiries from approved applicants finalizing transactions to get equipment from participating dealers/vendors 

Work with our vendors to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices 

Consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their account 

Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to end-users (business owners) 

Provide feedback/suggestions on processes employed by the team to achieve funding growth 

Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate prospect notes 

Other duties may be as assigned as needed

What you have:

What will make you stand out: 

Minimum of 1 years of experience in Outbound B2B/B2C Sales 

At least 1 years of experience in the Call Center industry

Financial Services and/or leasing experience 

Tech savvy and experienced with CRM software
