The University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science is seeking a detail-oriented Data Integrity Analyst dedicated to supporting the Prospect Research & Management and Business Intelligence units. This role is critical for maintaining data-related functions that support fundraising operations, including data clean-up efforts and establishing sustainable practices for data health in the new CRM environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Prospect Research & Management and Business Intelligence units on data-related functions
  • Contribute to large-scale data clean-up efforts in preparation for CRM migration
  • Establish sustainable practices to ensure long-term data health and usability in the new CRM environment

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Knowledge of academic policies
  • Knowledge Understanding of relational databases and the importance of clean and accurate data
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with higher education fundraising operations
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including, but not limited to, peers, division leadership, and university leadership
  • Diligent organizer with the ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities
