E-Commerce Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to support a UK-based employer in managing and growing their online retail operations. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings and promotions
Handle order management, inventory coordination, and platform optimisation tasks
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
Maintain accurate records of sales data, campaign performance, and platform metrics
Use relevant tools such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and marketplace platforms
Support the wider team with digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation
Identify opportunities to increase online revenue and improve the customer shopping experience
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce and analytics tools
Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
Salary: R30,000/month | 100% Remote
