Position Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and experienced in building engaging email journeys that drive conversions and customer engagement. 

This is a contractual role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. 

Key Responsibilities 

Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals  

Create and manage email calendars, workflows, and automation sequences  

Design and write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions  

Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted audiences  

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)  

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness  

Ensure email deliverability and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)  

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging  

Maintain and update email databases and CRM systems  

Qualifications 

Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role  

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)  

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and performance metrics  

Experience with marketing automation and audience segmentation  

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus  

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills  

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail  

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment  

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience working with US-based clients or teams  

Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations  

Background in digital marketing or performance marketing
