**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably
* Turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue
* Utilizing your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To live within the state of Kansas
* A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* A computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
* The ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
* Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, gaming, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with online platforms and tools
* Basic knowledge of automotive industry terminology
