Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 month of related experience in customer service or a similar field

  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location, with a reliable means of transportation and a willingness to attend training and meetings as required
