**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Event Planning & Coordination**: Plan, schedule, and execute investor calls, webinars, and other virtual events, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
* **Content Development**: Partner with senior management and marketing teams to create presentation materials, agendas, and talking points, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
* **Communication & Hosting**: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders before, during, and after events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience.
* **Technical Management**: Set up and manage webinar platforms and conferencing tools, ensuring technical aspects run smoothly and that you are presentable and ready to handle live event dynamics.
* **Promotion & Engagement**: Work with the marketing team to promote events via email campaigns, social media, and other channels, maintaining detailed records of investor interactions and attendance.
* **Follow-Up & Reporting**: Prepare and distribute post-event summaries, recordings, and related materials, analyzing event performance, gathering feedback, and reporting metrics to senior management.
* **Compliance**: Ensure all communications and materials comply with regulatory and company requirements, obtaining necessary approvals from Compliance.
**Qualifications**
