**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including terminal activities, to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support to our guests, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
* Work closely with our internal teams, including terminal activities, to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service
* Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve customer experience and efficiency
* Collaborate with our quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including terminal operators, to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Provide training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our customer experience remains exceptional
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, customer service, or business administration
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the travel industry
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Valid passport, as this role may require international travel
* Ability to lift 50 pounds, push heavy carts, and use equipment in a warehouse setting
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer support role
* Knowledge of Disney Voyage Line systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio
* Experience with Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate
* Knowledge of migration strategy and procedures, including those related to areas Disney Voyage Line sails from
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
