Financial Analyst
Guidehouse is a consulting firm that offers financial and accounting support services. The Financial Analyst will provide analytical and evaluative work to support various departments and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provides financial and/or accounting support to the activity Accounting Department, Budget Department, Financial Systems Department or Business Operations Department, and other organizational support elements and other activities
- Performs analytical and evaluative work requiring a comprehensive knowledge of: (1) theory and principles; (2) financial and management organization, operations, and practices; (3) pertinent statutory or regulatory provisions; (4) related basic economic, accounting, and legal principles; and (5) the Navy ERP solution
Skills
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelors Degree
- ONE (1) year of consulting, business analytics or financial analyst experience
- Must be willing to go on client site
- FOUR (4) or more years of financial management experience
- Experience with the Department of the Navy
- Knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR,), PPBE process or Navy ERP
