Fund Accountant
Gen II Fund Services is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, managing over $1 trillion in private capital. The Fund Accountant will be responsible for accounting services including transaction processing, financial statement preparation, and liaising with independent auditors.
Responsibilities
- Cash processing and bank reconciliations
- Record journal entries
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare and set up workpapers and checklists
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes
- Prepare partner capital account information
- Investor capital call/ distribution processing
- Liaise with the client’s independent auditors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required
- All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of two (2) days a week in the office and three (3) days remotely
- A degree in accounting is preferred
