Position Overview
StemWave is looking for a highly skilled Brand Designer to join our growing Creative Team. This is a full-time remote role supporting both Marketing and Branding initiatives across digital advertising, social media, web, provider-facing materials, and internal campaigns. We are building a modern healthcare brand that feels elevated, cinematic, and visually distinctive in a category that often looks outdated and interchangeable.

This role is for someone who cares deeply about typography, composition, pacing, visual hierarchy, and creating work that actually feels current. You will help shape how StemWave is experienced online every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Digital Marketing Creative
Design high-performing visual assets for:
Meta advertising campaigns

Instagram and LinkedIn content

Email marketing

Landing pages

Paid media campaigns

YouTube thumbnails and digital promotions

Brand & Web Design Support
Create polished, brand-consistent materials for:
Website sections and graphics

Sales collateral

Provider-facing resources

Live event materials

Internal campaigns and presentations

Product and technology storytelling

Motion-Aware Design
Support lightweight animation and motion-driven creative including:
Animated social assets

Kinetic typography

GIFs and short-form motion graphics

Digital-first visual storytelling

Collaborative Creative Development
Work closely with the Creative Team to:
Explore new visual directions

Maintain brand consistency

Refine layouts and typography

Elevate the overall quality bar of the brand

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in graphic, brand, or visual design

Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design work

Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Strong understanding of typography and layout systems

Experience designing for digital and social platforms

 
 
Preferred Skills
Experience designing paid social ads

Familiarity with motion graphics or light animation

Experience with After Effects, Figma, or similar tools

Understanding of branding systems and visual consistency

Experience working within fast-paced creative or marketing teams
