Panorama Eyecare is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life by improving eye health and vision. They are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support their growing team by aligning HR administration with business objectives and serving as the first point of contact for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Will assist employees with questions and point them in the right direction when issues arise, including, but not limited to, Paylocity (HRIS), benefits, and employee engagement
  • Onboarding process ownership, including communication with candidates after offer acceptance and completing conversion tasks in Paylocity
  • Coordinate and present new hire orientation on a biweekly basis, including follow-up with new employees
  • ID badge creation and printing
  • Assign and monitor completion of new hire training by position
  • Create termination/separation letters and assign and review exit interviews
  • Will review and report 2-week, 30-day, 90-day, and annual new employee check-ins
  • Will facilitate the employee recognition program and reconcile quarterly budgets
  • Maintenance of Paylocity HRIS system, including password resets, data entry, file uploads and portal maintenance
  • Assist with onsite job fairs, hiring events, town halls, training and open enrollment
  • Assist with organization and execution of company events
  • Partner with HR team to support acquisition integration efforts
  • Partner with HR team to interpret and educate employees and managers on company policies and procedures
  • Support HR Analytics through reporting and audit support
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Skills

  • Minimum associate's degree in human resources or a relevant field OR 1-2 years' experience in a direct Human Resources role is required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Extensive knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High Level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter; this person will work in a hybrid role
  • Paylocity experience preferred
