The Role: Inside Sales Representative

This is not an order-taking role.

This is a high-activity, high-ownership, high-growth sales role for someone who:

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to executives at small and mid-market companies and booking qualified meetings for our AI Workshops and AI Agent engagements.

What Youll Be Responsible For

1. Outbound Prospecting (Primary Focus)

  • Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to targeted decision-makers

    Execute structured cold call campaigns into defined verticals

    Follow up persistently via phone, email, and LinkedIn

    Turn not now into tell me more



2. Lead Qualification



  • Identify executive-level pain points (profitability, inefficiency, data silos, manual processes)

    Qualify prospects for AI Readiness and AI Performance Workshops

    Book meetings directly on executive calendars



3. CRM Discipline



  • Track all activity in CRM (calls, emails, conversations, outcomes)

    Maintain clean pipeline records

    Follow defined sales cadence sequences



4. Revenue Contribution



  • Hit weekly activity KPIs

    Hit monthly meeting quotas

    Contribute directly to pipeline growth



What Success Looks Like

Within 30 Days:

Fully ramped on messaging

Confident on cold calls

Booking consistent meetings

Within 90 Days:

Consistently hitting activity targets

Exceeding meeting quota

Contributing meaningful pipeline value

Required Experience



  • 1–3 years in inside sales, BDR, SDR, or high-activity outbound roles

    Proven experience making high volumes of cold calls

    Strong verbal communication skills

    Ability to speak confidently with executives

    Experience using CRM tools

    Bonus:

    Experience selling B2B services

    Experience selling into SMB or mid-market

    Exposure to AI, automation, or technology solutions



Compensation



  • Base Salary + Commission

    Uncapped commission structure

    Performance bonuses
