What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Acting as a liaison between clients and our team, providing product/services information and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, answering product questions via email, phone, and live chat, and ensuring their needs are met
* Providing best-practice consulting and product training to help customers utilize our software effectively and maximize its benefits
* Investigating and diagnosing system issues, developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction
* Adhering to updated policies and standard operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Strong computer skills and ability to multitask to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment with a high volume of customer inquiries
* High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement
* Availability to work shifts ranging from 7am CST to 7pm CST (M-F) to accommodate our clients' needs and ensure 24/7 support

If you have:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or computer science
* 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
* Customer Service Experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and data
