<p>We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives across social, email, rewards programs, and events. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who brings ideas and execution plans rather than waiting for direction.
You will help drive growth through creative campaigns, strong messaging, and an understanding of the U.S. market.</p>

<p>Social Media Management – Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms.<br />
Email Marketing – Develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and refine for better results.<br />
Rewards Program Management – Oversee member engagement, track participation, and optimize reward offerings.<br />
Webinars & Events – Organize, promote, and manage logistics for online events.<br />
Strategic Growth Initiatives – Support leadership with special projects aimed at scaling the business.</p>
