You'll be responsible for expanding business through direct sales and service of high-performance </span><strong>fluid process equipment </strong><span>with full support from a trusted brand and technical team behind you.</span></p>
<p></p><p><br></p><b>Essential Functions</b><ul>
<li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.</li>
<li>Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.</li>
<li>Promote and sell a wide range of <strong>fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals</strong>, and related services.</li>
<li>Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service.</li>
<li>Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations.</li>
<li>Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively.</li>
</ul><p><br></p><b>Experience, Education and Skills</b><ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED required; <strong>2- or 4-year technical/engineering degree</strong> preferred.</li>
<li><strong>2+ years of industrial sales experience</strong>, ideally in <strong>fluid handling and rotating equipment. </strong></li>
<li>Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient with MS Suite of office products and ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits.</li>
